In order to satisfy the need of establishing army, the Comptroller division of budget and finance reorganized in 1960.
Compliance of policy of National Defense Department and executing the case of reducing armed forces on July 1st 1998, the Comptroller Reduced to four departments inclusive of Synthesis Planning Sector, Budget Sector, Accounting and Audit Sector.
On February 17th 2006, was set up “Comptroller Department” in accordance with the “Jing Jian Program” (The R.O.C Armed Forces Streamlining Program) second phase.
To adhere to “Jing Cui Program” on January 1st 2014,the Comptroller Reduced to four departments in cursive of Synthesis Planning Sector, Budget Sector, Accounting and Audit Sector, Pay Manage Sector.
The Deputy of Comptroller is charge of annual policy planning, resource planning and effective application, stringent budget executing, performing statistic analysis, active nurturing comptroller personnel and promoting advance and innovation.
Abiding by the of planning, executing and performing to operate the business combining with budgeting accounting, and statistic analysis, expects to develop the overall function of management.
